Account Ability takes care of any random W2 and 1099 entry and printing that has to be completed on a yearly basis with minimal entry and ease of use. It has all the states and tax rules and form set up for the current year so there's nothing to look up or change once the program has been downloaded. I began using your software last year. We also use QuickBooks and various
other software packages at the bank.
Your company provides the best customer support I have ever encountered.
The personnel are friendly, intelligent and helpful. Their patience rivals
that of Job. I have had occasion to call in twice each year with problems
which have arisen as a result of strangeness in my database program. This
is a Microsoft Access program which provides the data for your software.
Your support people have always taken the time to walk me through the
difficulties and help me isolate the issues. They give me enough to enable
the Access developer to solve the problem.
In addition, this year, I filed electronically for the first time. Your
staff spent almost 30 minutes helping me navigate the IRS Fire system
and making sure I got the forms filed. I had considerable difficulty logging
on, and the people who helped me at IDMS were never condescending, or
rude. It was a pleasure to deal with a real live person who knew what
he was doing. We both have Ph.D. degrees in math and it was nice to chat
while we waited for the upload to complete. What a pleasant person.

and your technical support is among the best I have ever encountered.

until the last minute and was determined not to spend hours adjusting
forms on a dot matrix printer. For the first time this year, our 1099
forms were done by the end of the business day and I was not in the office
until 9:00 pm.

powerful, feature filled, and it costs fractions of other comparable products

We here at Mar-Jac Poultry used to do our W-2's and 1099's in house using
a line/dot matrix printer. You can imagine the types of problems we had
